2018年8月13日，韩国公平贸易委员会为涉及KLA-Tencor Corporation（“KLA-Tencor”）和Orbotech Ltd.（“Orbotech”）的拟议合并提供了反垄断许可。

KLA-Tencor and Orbotech also plan to file other documents with the SEC regarding the proposed transaction.
