, the Company purchased from, or sold to, several entities, where one or more executive officers of the Company or members of the Company’s Board of Directors, or their immediate family members, also serves as an executive officer or a board member, including Avago Technologies Ltd., Citrix Systems, Inc., Cisco Systems, Inc. and NetApp, Inc. The following table provides the transactions with these parties for the indicated periods (for the portion of such period that they were considered related):
The receivable balance from these parties as of
September 30, 2015
and
June 30, 2015
was immaterial. Management believes that such transactions are at arm’s length and on similar terms as would have been obtained from unaffiliated third parties.
