, the Company purchased from, or sold to, several entities, where one or more executive officers of the Company or members of the Company’s Board of Directors, or their immediate family members, also serves as an executive officer or a board member, including Broadcom Limited (formerly known as Avago Technologies Ltd.), Cisco Systems, Inc., Citrix Systems, Inc. and NetApp, Inc. The following table provides the transactions with these parties for the indicated periods (for the portion of such period that they were considered related):
The receivable balances from these parties as of
March 31, 2016

were immaterial, respectively. Management believes that such transactions are at arm’s length and on similar terms as would have been obtained from unaffiliated third parties.
