, the Company purchased from, or sold to, several entities, where one or more executive officers of the Company or members of the Company’s Board of Directors, or their immediate family members, also serves as an executive officer or a board member, including Citrix Systems, Inc., Keysight Technologies, Inc., MetLife Insurance K.K. and NetApp, Inc. The following table provides the transactions with these parties for the indicated periods (for the portion of such period that they were considered related):
